The scientists proved that the dust that exists on the ground contains spaces that store the rain water and this causes the vibration of the soil atoms then the soil quantity increases, this is a recently discovered scientific truth but the Quran talked about it very clearly as God says:
(And you see the earth barren, but when We send down water (rain) on it, it is stirred (to life), and it swells and puts forth every lovely kind (of growth)
[Sûrat Al-Hajj, verse: 5]
The meaning of (swells) it grew and increased, so think over with me how the Quran expressed this scientific truth in two words only: (stirred and swells) which certifies the truth of this book, so glory to God!
