Today, scientists acknowledge that the brain of one single bee contains more than 850,000cells and that the size of their brain is smaller than the head of a pin! In every cell of this brain, there’s a small computer inside which there’s a highly accurate program which guides bees to perform their tasks as if they are pre-programmed creatures whose task is to collect food and make honey. Allah, the almighty therefore says in the holy Qur’an:
“And thy Lord taught the Bee to build its cells in hills, on trees, and in (men's) habitations;* Then to eat of all the produce (of the earth), and find with skill the spacious paths of its Lord: there issues from within their bodies a drink of varying colours, wherein is healing for men: verily in this is a Sign for those who give thought.” Nahl or the Bee: 16: 68-69
The revealed facts in the above verses are exactly in consistent with modern science for scientists have discovered that finding the paths of bees also require highly intricate systems….All glory to Allah, the exalted.
