Many scientists say that evidence exists for the healing power of prayer and many studies confirm that the prayer may have a positive placebo effect in nourishing the function of the immune system and another study says prayer helps the heart when combined with mainstream medical procedures.
Allah Almighty urges Muslims to perform the prayers on time as He Almighty says: (perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat). Verily, the prayer is enjoined on the believers at fixed hours.) {Sûrat An-Nisâ- The Women- verse 103}
Also one of the companions of prophet Mohamed peace be upon him askedhim about the best deeds that man can do then he answered “performing the prayers on time”{hadith Sahih by abi Dawood}
