6- Benefits of Optimism
In a new scientific research, scientists revealed that optimism increases the body's resistance to diseases and gives human happiness in his life. This is a great prophetical behavior, because Our Lady Aisha( may Allah be pleased about) when asked about the ethics of the Prophet, she said, "His character was the Qur'an", he has applied the Quran fully and therefore he gained true happiness. We must imitate him to have the Quran as our ethics. And where medicine is unable to give consent for the reality we find the Qur'an gives us this consent, the Almighty says: "…. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you." [Al-Baqara (The Cow), 216] The Prophet peace be upon him like good omen, who taught our prophet this behavior advocated by Western scientists today!?
7- Optimism prolongs life
A team of scientists found evidence to substantiate that optimism has beauties of one's life. A team of American psychologists found that persons with peace in mind and optimistic about their progress in age, live longer than their peers who are so concerned. Now, consider this verse, Allah Al Mighty says: "So lose not heart, nor fall into despair: For ye must gain mastery if ye are true in Faith." [Al 'Imran (The Family Of 'Imran), 139] It is a verse that urges the believer to positive behavior, not through weakness and sorrow. Scientists say that a human sense of weakness weakens the immune system, as well as the sense of permanent sadness causes various mental disorders. However, we do not have to say other than Subhanallah
!
-8 Disadvantages of Sorrow
Recent studies confirm that grief affects human health and weakens one’s immune system! Therefore, the Qur'an tells us that a believer should not feel sad because sadness is a negative behavior, even if we think about the word (sad) in the Qur'an we always find it preceded by the word (do not), and this indicates that the believer should not feel sad. Consider with me these prophetic words that came in the most difficult conditions experienced by the Prophet peace be upon him is in the cave: "….. he said to his companion, "Have no fear, for Allah is with us" [At-Tawba (Repentance, Dispensation), 40] Look at how the prophet taught Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him not to feel sad ... I swear…. that these words can only come from a genuine prophet who knows he was sent by the Creator of the universe be glorified and exalted
.
-9Asking Forgiveness
Noah has been ordering his people to say prayers for forgiveness, he was saying to them and repeating: "Saying, 'Ask forgiveness from your Lord; for He is Oft-Forgiving; 11. "'He will send rain to you in abundance; 12. "'Give you increase in wealth and sons; and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers (of flowing water)". [Nuh (Noah), 10-12] This indicates that who asks Allah forgiveness, Allah will give him many things, including: that Allah will forgive his sins. HE will give him rain to grow crops, fruits and plants. HE will bless him with wealth and children and this is the result of asking forgiveness. Shouldn't we ask forgiveness and say, as the prophet Mohammed peace be upon him taught us: «I ask forgiveness from Allah Almighty"
10- Stability in the marriage
Researchers in the field of psychology confirm on the importance of a man to have a wife, and say that a girl near him will always reduce stress significantly and reduce anxiety and frustration. In a recent study they found that men when they travel, especially frequent travel for work, trade, or study, the risk of heart disease to be infected is very low when the man is accompanied by his wife! They also found that married men are better able to focus and create, while married women are more capable of giving. And the truth of Allah when he says, "And among His Signs is this, that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that ye may dwell in tranquillity with them, and He has put love and mercy between your (hearts): verily in that are Signs for those who reflect. " [Ar-Rum (The Romans, The Byzantines), 21
