Our prophet Muhammad (PBUH) commanded us to take a nap during the day as he said:" Nap as Satan never nap" narrated by Al-Tabarani, a new research (according to CNN) revealed that the man's nap during his work lessens from the danger from being afflicted with dangerous cardiac problems which may be deadly, researchers said that the day nap in the office benefits the heart because it lessens from the exertion and confusion, as work constitutes a main source for exertion, so think with me about the wonderful prophetic wisdom from day nap.
