Who holds these birds during flying in the sky? And who subjected them for us to learn from them aeronautics? Without the birds, man couldn't be able to invent planes……. |
Scientists have observed birds for a long time and were astonished from the techniques that they use in flying. It was shown that these birds use complicated techniques and many operations are done in their brains to estimate the distances and the coordination between the wings movement to ensure successful takeoff and landing. The bird depends on spreading and folding their wings and the flying instinct arises in it without learning, as the bird is previously programmed to execute these operations.
God says: (Do they not see the birds above them, spreading out their wings and folding them in? None upholds them except the Most Gracious (Allâh). Verily, He is the All-Seer of everything) [Surat Al-Mulk, verse: 19]. God be he exalted subjected for these birds many means for flying like the air that carries them, two wings and also a brain that contains millions of cells to guide them to do their jobs safely.
Scientists were able to imitate and get benefit from birds in inventing the plane, as these birds are subjected for us to learn from them aeronautics. Therefore God says: (Do they not see the birds held (flying) in the midst of the sky? None holds them but Allâh [none gave them the ability to fly but Allâh]. Verily, in this are clear Ayât (proofs and signs) for people who believe (in the Oneness of Allâh) [Surat An-Nahl, verse: 79].
Therefore we can't say anything except Glory to God! As he subjected for us all these creatures. And surely scientists will find other benefits if they considered that these birds are subjected for us. God says: (See you not (O Muhammad) that Allâh, He it is Whom glorify whosoever is in the heavens and the earth, and the birds with wings out-spread (in their flight)?. Of each one He (Allâh) knows indeed his Salât (prayer) and his glorification, [or everyone knows his Salât (prayer) and his glorification]; and Allâh is All-Aware of what they do) [Surat An-Nur, verse: 41].
