In the latest scientific researches, it was proven & shown that water on surface of the earth had been formed during millions of years coming from the outer space & carried on billions of meteorites which had fallen on earth. The odd thing is that the Holy Quran has indicated that the water source is the sky: (And we have sent down water from the sky in a measured amount & have settled it in earth and indeed we are able to take it away) (Surat Al-Mu’minun: verse:18). And this honourable Ayah/verse ensures that the source of the water existing on earth is the sky, and this is what is proven scientifically! This scientific fact was not known at the time/era of the Holy Quran’s Revelation, so who told the Honourable Prophet (PBUH) about it?
